This applies, when you or your employees are travelling to a country or territory: that are named on ETI's War or Civil Hazard list and/or against the advice of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) due to the country or territory being exposed to War Risks and Civil Hazards. However, ETI provide a War Risk and Civil Hazard Helpline (+44 (0) 870 241 5049) telephone service between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00, Monday to Friday to answer questions regarding those countries, territories, nations or states which are subject to the War Risk and Civil Hazard exclusion or in which, or through which, it may be hazardous to travel. ETI is represented in: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Indonesia (Bali), Italy, Nepal, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovak Republic, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and USA.
